Last year, Moooi’s presentation at Milan's Salone del Mobile was described as nothing short of Haute Couture and this year the Netherlands-based brand brought their magic once more - presenting an exciting new range at via Savona 56. The focus of this year's show centered around a new line of lighting, furnishings and the debut of a groundbreaking new carpet collection. All pieces were showcased in a series of inspirational living vignettes / "product haikus" set against backdrops of monumental portraits by photographer Rahi Rezvani in a marriage of creative minds and mediums.
Some stand outs among the company's new offerings include the limited edition Arion rocking horse by the brand's founder, Marcel Wanders, the ethereal Coppélia Suspended Lamp by Arihiro Miyake and the striking new carpet collection made possible by the innovative use of a chromojet printer which makes it possible to print photorealistic images in an unlimited mix of colors... imagine the possibilities!
