Casa Olivi

The lazy days of summer have arrived and we're diving in with a tour of some flawlessly choreographed outdoor living courtesy of Casa Olivi. Located in the heart of the Marches in Treia, Italy, Casa Olivi is the result of a four-year renovation led by Swiss architects Markus Wespi and Jerome de Meuron. While the main house and smaller guest home's interiors have been entirely redone to today's standards, their exteriors have been preserved in accordance with their Italian Cultural and History Administration's protected status and set off by newly integrated terracotta patios, an infinity pool, a dining area with outdoor kitchen and grill, and of course, a gorgeous hectare of olive-tree-spotted Italian countryside. As for the sleek white furnishings... they all hail from designer Pablo Gironés' 356 collection for GANDIABLASCO - which was inspired by the elegant curves of the first Porshe 356, manufactured in the 1940s and 50s...

For those looking to experience Casa Olivi for themselves, the rentable holiday property is located in what is now referred to as The New Tuscany just 5 minutes from the city of Treia and 20 minutes from Macerata where they hold an open air opera festival each summer. La dolce vita!
